• All bookings & confirmations are subject to availability of accommodation.
• Cheque is not acceptable and the booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
• Guests unable to visit our office may deposit the amount in the bank or make online payment through net banking. After transfer, guests must share the screenshot of the payment slip along with personal details.
• Costs arising due to natural calamities, weather conditions, roadblocks, health issues, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond our control will be borne by the guests.
• Additional charges will apply for guests wishing to extend their stay at any destination or during transit.
• Any upgrade in accommodation, vehicle, or itinerary will be charged extra after approval from the customer.
• Consumption of alcohol during travel (especially in the vehicle) is strictly prohibited. Misconduct or misbehavior may lead to removal from the tour without refund.
• AC will remain off in hill areas and during steep climbs for passenger safety and vehicle performance.
• Travellers must carry a valid government-approved ID. No boarding will be allowed without proper identification.
• Advance payment towards booking is absolutely non-refundable under any circumstances.
